Dance Background

Elizabeth Dyer when not Photographing is a dancer and performer living in the Sacramento region she has 16years worth of training in various styles. She started off dancing at the age of 10 at KM dance studio. While at KM dance studio, she was also attending ballroom classes at Arthur Murray. She then left both studios to train at Northern California Dance Conservatory (NCDC). While attending NCDC she joined the ambassador company and the Phresh Crew hip hop company. Elizabeth has trained in various styles including ballet, contemporary, modern, jazz, and hip hop while also taking workshops and intensives from many professional dancers through out her time at NCDC. She also took private training from Leah Bueno, Alexey Kulpin, Lindsey Renee Derry, and Michael Levine through out her dancing career. Elizabeth has also performed solo work by Nhan Ho, and Athea Costa. While  training in ballroom dancing Elizabeth has competed in multiple ballroom competitions including International grand ball (IGB),San Francisco Open ballroom competition (SFOpen), and City lights Open in latin styles of Cha cha, Rumba, Jive, and samba. She also has competed in American smooth style of ballroom that included waltz and tango. Currently she is apart of the Nhan Ho project dance company and also trains with her coach Genya Malko for ballroom dancing. 

Elizabeth believes teaching dance to couples for their big day can provide them with more confidence to perform a first dance in front of guest. There is nothing more special, magical, or memorable than having a choreographed dance to share with loved ones on your special day.
